Located in Lebanon, Tennessee, Lebanon High School is part of the Wilson County School System. It is a 9-12 grade school, accounting for all students in the city limits of Lebanon and other students residing in surrounding small towns.

In January 2018, Lebanon High School received widespread criticism from the public when the school's administration controversially gave two days in-school suspension to a female student who posted the YouTube video to accuse the school's dismissive response against bullying.[3]
