Lawrence Wosskow

Lawrence Wosskow (born July 5, 1963) is a serial entrepreneur, who previously owned a number of UK companies, including Little Chef,[1][2] a chain of 230 roadside restaurants; Out of Town Restaurants Group,[3][4] the UK’s largest shopping center caterer,[5] which single-handedly changed the eating habits of millions of British shoppers; Free Sprit,[6] a chain of surf/outdoor retail stores; and the ice cream brands Loseley and Bradwells.

After retiring in 2006 due to ill health,[7] Wosskow took a break from business. In 2009, following the recession, he began investing his wealth in UK commercial properties, most notably changing the face of Harrogate’s city center.[8][9][10]

In 2015, Wosskow turned his attention to the U.S. property market and has since been involved in the purchase, building, and sale of 100 homes in the Inland Empire of Los Angeles, California.

Wosskow is actively building a fund, including asset management, private equity, hard-money lending, and property investment in Southern California.

Wosskow’s book, Little Chef, the Heart of the Deal[11], a U.K. Best Seller, was released on November 28, 2017. Notable endorsements include Elton John, Billie Jean King, Ian Poulter, and the late Arnold Palmer.
