Lawrence Patrick Jackson (born 1968) is an American historian, and Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of English and History at Johns Hopkins University. His book, Chester B. Himes: A Biography won an Edgar Award.[1]
Life
He graduated from Stanford University. He taught at Emory University,[2] and Howard University.[3] His work appeared in the Los Angeles Review of Books.[4]
