Lava is a 1980 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Hariharan and produced by GP Balan. The film stars Prem Nazir, Jagathy Sreekumar, Prameela and Sathar in lead roles. The film had musical score by G. Devarajan.[1][2][3] It was a remake of Dilip Kumar's famous Hindi film Gunga Jumna (1961) as well as its Tamil remake Iru Thuruvam (1971) starring Sivaji Ganeshan.
