Laura Jane Laughlin is an Irish television actress most recognized for her roles on Legend, The Tudors and Ice Cream Girls. She started acting on the show Pulling Moves, on their 2004 episode Spousal Arousal.

Laughlin is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.[1]

The Tudors

On the Showtime show The Tudors, Laughlin plays Margaret "Madge" Sheldon, a fictional portrayal of the real life Margaret Shelton.[2] She appears in six episodes, including: The Act of Treason, Lady in Waiting, Matters of State, The Definition of Love, His Majesty's Pleasure and The Act of Succession. All episodes were from season two, which were released in 2008. Laughlin appeared opposite Johnathan Rhys Meyers and Natalie Dormer, who played King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn respectively.[3]
