Laura Duryea (born 14 December 1983) is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Melbourne Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. She is the first international player to feature in the AFLW and the first Irish representative. She was recruited by Melbourne as a free agent in October 2016.[1] She made her debut in the fifteen point loss to Brisbane at Casey Fields in the opening round of the 2017 season.[2] She played every match in her debut season to finish with seven games.[3]

Melbourne signed Duryea for the 2018 season during the trade period in May 2017.[4] She was delisted by Melbourne at the end of the 2018 season.[5]
