Lakshmi Parvathi (born 14 September 1954) is an Indian politician and writer. She is the founder and president of NTR TDP. She is the widow of N. T. Rama Rao, late chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, having married him as his second wife in 1991.[2][3]

Parvathi received a doctorate in Telugu literature from Telugu University in 2000. She was married to Veeragandham Subba Rao, a harikatha artiste.[4]
