Lagtang is a barangay of Talisay, Cebu. It has a land area of 243 hectares (600 acres). Lagtang is bounded by the barangays of Tabunoc to the east, Jaclupan to the west, Lawaan II to the south, and Bulacao to the north.[2]
On 19 August 2004 President Arroyo released ₱20 million to Talisay City to build a new public market[3] and Lagtang hosted the proposed new public market.
