Läskisoosi (officiallay sianlihakastike, english: Pork sauce) is traditional Finnish stew, made of pork chops grilled in butter with onions and flour, stirred in water with salt and pepper. It is often served with mashed potato, pickled cucumber and lingonberry.[1][2]
