Larsen & Toubro Infrastructure Engineering Limited, commonly known L&T-IEL or LNTIEL, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

History

L&T Infrastructure Engineering Limited was established in 1998 by Larsen & Toubro, Ramboll Denmark AS and Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries contributing 50%, 26% and 24% respectively.[1] Ramboll purchased IFU’s stake in 2014.[1] In September 2014, Larsen and Toubro Ltd has acquired the remaining stake from Ramboll and L&T-IEL became a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro.[1]
