Folkstyle

Between 2010 and 2013, he became only the third wrestler to win four NCAA Division I titles. Among four-time champions, however, he is the only one to win each title at a different weight class, and the only one to forgo a year of not officially competing.[2]

Following his final season, WIN Magazine awarded Dake the Dan Hodge Trophy as the most outstanding college wrestler.[3]

Freestyle

Dake won the United States World Team Trials in 2018 at 79kg[4] and will represent the United States in the World Championships in Budapest.

Dake was the runner-up at the United States World Team Trials in 2013, 2015, and 2017. He was also the runner-up at the United States Olympic Team Trials in 2016. In 2018, Dake earned a silver medal at the Ivan Yarygin Grand Prix, a major wrestling tournament held annually in Siberia.
