Kulen Vakuf is a village in the municipality of Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina.[1] Kulen Vakuf was the birthplace of Bosnian Ottoman soldier Mehmed-beg Kulenović. In 6, 7 and 8 September 1941 Kulen Vakuf massacre was made by Yugoslav partisans and Chetniks. [2] [3]
