Kotli (Tungal) is a small village in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is 22 km from the town of Mandi, and a tehsil of Mandi District. Kotli and the surrounding area are known as Tugal valley. The NH 70 (003) from Mandi to Jalandhar passes through Kotli.[1][2][3] Pahari, Hindi and Punjabi are spoken.
