Kotipalli also known as Koti Theertham is a village located in K. Gangavaram mandal of Ramachandrapuram revenue division in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India.[1][2] The temple town is also known as Kumararama of the Pancharama Kshetras, and is located 15 km from Amalapuram.[3] Every year festivals such as Maha shivaratri Visakha Suddha Ekadashi, Aswayuja Suddha Padyami to Dwadashi and Ksheerabdi Dwadashi Teppotsavam are celebrated in this village.[4]

Lord Shiva is worshiped here as Someswaraswamy or Koteshwaraswamy along with his consort Parvati as Rajarajeswari Devi.[5] Kotipalli is located on banks of the river Gautami-Godavari a tributary to the river Godavari.[1] Kotipalli is one of the three important Ferry points for Kotipalli-Mukteswaram and the other two being; Bodasakurru-Pasarlapudi and Sakhinetipalli-Narasapuram in the Konaseema region.[1][6]
