Komane (Syriac:ܟܘܡܢܐ) is an Assyrian village in the Sapna valley in the Amedi District of Dohuk province in Iraq. The village is directly east of the Districts capital of Amedi. The town has two churches, a school, and a hundred or so houses.[1]
