The Kneeland-Walker House is located at 7406 Hillcrest Drive in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 19, 1989. [1]
History
The house was the country home of Norman L. Kneeland.[2] In 1917, it was purchased by Emery L. Walker. The Wauwatosa Historical Society purchased the house from Constance Walker in 1987. It is now their headquarters and a museum. Additionally, it has been designated a Wauwatosa Landmark and a Milwaukee County Landmark.[3]
