Klaus Zimmermann (economist)

Klaus F. Zimmermann (born December 2, 1952 in Göppingen) is an economist. His current part-time position is honorary professor of the Renmin University of China.[1][2]

Biography

From 1998 to 2016, Zimmermann was director of the IZA Institute of Labor Economics in Bonn. From 2000 to February 2011, he was President of the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin.

Work

From at least 2016, part of Zimmermann's work has been to study immigration.[3][4]
