Kimberly Hill (born November 30, 1989) is an American volleyball player, a member of the United States women's national volleyball team and Turkey club Vakıfbank Istanbul, a bronze medalist at the 2016 Olympic Games and 2015 World Cup, and a gold medalist of the 2014 World Championship.[1]

Personal and early life

Kimberly Hill was born to Bradd and Terri Hill. She has three siblings; Kelsey Hill, Shelby Hill, and Caitlin Volk.

Career

Having graduated from Portland Christian High School in 2008, she played beach volleyball in 2012 and 2013.[2]

Hill won the gold medal at the 2014 World Championship when her national team defeated 3-1 to China.[3] She was also selected tournament's Most Valuable Player[4] and Second Best Outside Spiker.[5] Hill won the 2016 World Grand Prix Best Outside Hitter individual award and the silver medal.[6]

Hill won the 2016–17 CEV Champions League gold medal with VakıfBank Istanbul when her team defeated the Italian Imoco Volley Conegliano 3-0[7] and she was also awarded Best Outside Spiker.[8] She was selected to play the Italian League All-Star game in 2017.[9]
