Kiełcze [ˈkʲɛu̯t͡ʂɛ] (German: Keltschen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczaniec, within Świebodzin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Szczaniec, 9 km (6 mi) south-east of Świebodzin, 31 km (19 mi) north of Zielona Góra, and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Prior to 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement.
The village has a population of 85.
