Khirkiya (खिरकिया) is a town and a nagar panchayat in Harda district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

Demographics

As of the census of 2011, Khirkiya is divided into 15 wards for which elections are held every 5 years. The Khirkiya Nagar Panchayat has a population of 22,737 of which 11,740 are males while 10,997 are female. History

Khirkiya was formed by the fusion of two villages, Khirkiya and Chipabad, in 1987.
