Kettering Health Network
Kettering Health Network (KHN), formerly Kettering Medical Center Network, is a network of eight Dayton and Cincinnati area hospitals based in Dayton, Ohio. The network was formed following the merger of Kettering Medical Center and Grandview Medical Center in 1999.[1] Kettering Health Network employs over 10,000 employees.[2]

Awards
In 2010, Kettering Health Network received the Governor’s Award from The Partnership for Excellence, which is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.[4] The hospital network is also a five-time winner of the IBM Watson 15 Top Health Systems (2009, 2010, 2011, 2016, and 2017), a recognition of clinical excellence only five other health systems in the nation have accomplished.[5][6] For two consecutive years beginning in 2017, KHN was also named by Fortune magazine as a company that ranks in the top 30 according to the annual "Best Workplaces in Health Care" publication, which surveys health care employees nationwide.[7][8]
