Kermit A. Sande (born February 23, 1943) is an American politician and attorney in the state of South Dakota. He served as Attorney General of South Dakota from 1973 to 1975, as a Democrat.
Education and career
He attended South Dakota State University graduating in 1964 and University of South Dakota School of Law graduating in 1968. He did not take the bar exam as he was admitted to the South Dakota bar under the state's diploma privilege. He was the Beadle County Attorney from 1970 to 1972.[1]
