Kentucky Route 489 (KY 489) is a 4.107-mile-long (6.610 km) state highway in Grant County, Kentucky, that runs from Kentucky Route 22 in far eastern Williamstown to Kentucky Route 467 east of Dry Ridge. The route is split into two segments by Williamstown Lake.
