Kenneth Gilbert (24 June 1931 – 29 October 2015) was an English actor who appeared in many television productions over a 50-year period.
Television appearances
He was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and appeared at The Old Vic. His television appearances include; Doctor Who as World Ecology Bureau official Richard Dunbar in The Seeds of Doom (1976), House of Cards and Softly, Softly.[1][2] He was often cast as detectives, doctors and solicitors.
