Kenneth Lee O'Neil Baugh (born 24 February 1941) is a Jamaican politician, who is a former Opposition Leader,Foreign minister and Deputy Prime Minister of Jamaica. He serves in the Parliament of Jamaica, was a former general secretary and former chairman of the Jamaica Labour Party.[1] He has also served as Minister of Health. After his party lost the 2011 general election he serves as Member of Parliament and opposition spokesman on health and quality of life.[2]
