Kaye Woodward
Kaye Woodward is a New Zealand musician, known for her work as a guitarist with bands The Bats and Minisnap. She was a founding member of The Bats with her flatmate at the time Robert Scott.[1] She played guitar and was the lead vocals for the band. Between 1982 and 1995 she toured and recorded with The Bats, before the band took a hiatus.[2]
Through the late 1990s and early 2000s, Woodward spent time raising a family with her husband (and Bats bandmate) Paul Kean.[2][3]
Woodward and Paul Kean began playing together in 2000 as Minisnap, with Woodward on guitar and vocals and Kean on bass.[4] Woodward, Kean, and Scott resumed playing as The Bats in 2003.[1]
Woodward continues to play with The Bats and Minisnap. She lives in Christchurch.[2]
