The Kawei K1 is a midsize pickup manufactured by Jiangsu Kawei Automotive.
Since its production, controversy has arisen due to its design bearing the likeness of the twelfth generation Ford F-150, hence making it an unlicensed clone.[1][2]
In 2017, Kawei unveiled the Kawei EV7, based on the K1, claiming it to be the world first pure electric full-size pickup truck.[3]
