Kathleen Kingsbury is an American Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and editor.[1]

Biography

Kingsbury joined the editorial board of The Boston Globe in 2013.[2][3] In 2015, Kingsbury won a Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Writing for a series of articles about the challenges facing restaurant workers receiving fair payment for their work, including the negative financial effects of the American tipping system, wage theft and cheap menu items.[1][4][5] Kingsbury joined The New York Times in August 2017 as a deputy editorial page editor.[2][6] She has also contributed to Time, Reuters, The Daily Beast, BusinessWeek, and Fortune.[2][7][3]
