Karaftu Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرفتو) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Takab County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 4,586, in 891 families.[2] The rural district has 20 villages.
