Kappa2 Lupi is a star in the constellation Lupus. Its apparent magnitude is 5.64. Located around 77.76 parsecs (253.6 ly) distant, it is a subgiant star of spectral type A3IV,[1] a star that has used up its core hydrogen but has not begun to cool substantially yet.
