Kanishka Raffel

Kanishka Raffel has been Dean of St Andrew's Cathedral, Sydney since 2016.

Raffel was born in London to Sri Lankan parents, and converted to Christianity from Buddhism in his twenties.[1] He studied at the University of Sydney and Moore College.[2]

Prior to his appointment as Dean, Raffel served as senior minister at St Matthew's, Shenton Park in Perth from 1999 to 2016[1]
