Kanchrapara College, established in 1972,[1] is the general degree college at Kanchrapara, in North 24 Parganas district, West Bengal. It offers undergraduate courses in arts, commerce and sciences. It is affiliated to University of Kalyani.[2]
History
This College was established in November 13, 1972, under the guidance of the then Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) of the area, Mr. Jagdish Chandra Das. Initially it started its journey with only 32 students by affiliation of only Pre-University class.
