Kamalia (Urdu/Punjabi: کمالیہ) is a city in the Toba Tek Singh District of Punjab province in Pakistan. It is the administrative center of Kamalia Tehsil.[1] Khaddar cloth of international standard is manufactured here.It is the second biggest producer of poultary in Pakistan after Chakwal. It has a zoo managed by Local Government, a sugar mill which was once the biggest sugar mill of South Asia;capable of producing electricity enough for the City and it is well known for Okra production and its export to Islamabad,Rawalpindi,Faisalabad,Peshawar and even to Afghanisyant:Kabul. It owns a stadium and separate libraries for Men and Women. Famous political personalities include Rayaz khan Fatyana (PTI_Present MNA),Choudhary Asad-ur-Rehman (PMLN_Former MNA),Pir Qutab Ali Shah (spouse of Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani).
