Kali Linux NetHunter Edition is a Debian-derived armel, armhf Linux distribution designed for digital forensics and penetration testing. It is maintained and funded by Offensive Security Ltd. Mati Aharoni, Devon Kearns and Raphaël Hertzog are the core developers.

Development

Kali Linux NetHunter Edition started by community member BinkyBear and Offensive Security. It is available for the Nexus tablet computer devices and OnePlus One tablet. The software on Kali Linux NetHunter Edition is the same as the parent OS Kali Linux but designed to be suitable for the arm processor chip.

Requirements

  1. Kali Linux requires a minimum of 10GB hard disk space for installation.
  2. A minimum of 512MB RAM for ARM architectures.
