KIOU (1480 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Christian radio format.[1] Licensed to Shreveport, Louisiana, United States, the station serves the Shreveport area. The station is currently owned by Capital City Radio Corporation.[2]
History
The station was assigned the call letters KLMB on 1984-12-01. On 1988-09-02, the station changed its call sign to KOKA and again on 1989-10-06 to KIOU.[3]
