Knattspyrnufélag Akureyrar is the handball section of Icelandic sports club KA from Akureyri.
History
KA currently plays in the second-tier Grill 66 deild. KA had a merged handball team with their rival team Þór Akureyri, from 2006 to 2017, the team was called Akureyri Handboltafélag.
