Justin Harman

Justin Harman became Irish Ambassador to Spain in 2009, and was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ireland to the Russian Federation between 2003 and 2009.[1]

He currently serves as the Irish ambassador to Argentina[2] since September, 2014.[3]
