"Just Got Paid" is a song by English DJ and record producer Sigala, English recording artist Ella Eyre and American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor, featuring American rapper French Montana.[2] It was written by Sigala, Trainor, Eyre, Nile Rodgers, Montana, The Invisible Men and Steve Manovski, and produced by Sigala, Joakim Jarl and Manovski. It was released to digital retailers on 7 September 2018, through Ministry of Sound Recordings and B1 Recordings.

Reception

"Just Got Paid" was listed as the week's top 5 songs to listen by Raisa Bruner of Time. She called Trainor and Eyre's vocals "poppy" and dubbed it the "song you put at the top your going-out-after-payday playlist".[3] Idolator's Mike Nied also praised Eyre and Trainor's vocals, writing "M-Train chants on her verse. She and Ella steal the show with their impeccable vocals" and called Montana's verse respectable.[4] A writer for Capital FM wrote "When you combine Sigala and Ella Eyre, you just get bangers" and cited Just Got Paid as an example.[5]
