Jupiter Capital Private Limited

Jupiter Capital Private Limited is a Bengaluru based private equity and venture capital firm which has made several investments in technology, media, solar, fintech, ed-tech, clean energy, real estate and infrastructure, hospitality, and entertainment start-ups. It was founded in 2005 by Rajeev Chandrasekhar.[1] The firm started with an initial investment of $100 million and it operates in nine countries.[2]

Investments

In October 2015 the firm had made an investment in Bengaluru based hypermarket Urdoorstep Eretail Pvt Ltd' It had also made an investment of $2 million in a clean energy start-up Altigreen Propulsion Labs Pvt Ltd in January, 2016.[3]
