Julia Davis is writer, producer and director in the film industry.[1] She is a Russian Media Analyst and a featured expert in Russian propaganda with the Atlantic Council's Disinformation Portal.[2]

Background and Education

Julia Davis is a Ukrainian-born U.S. citizen. She came from an educated family background where both her parents were accomplished engineers in their respected fields. She was educated as an Aeronautical Engineer in Aviation and Spacecraft Engineering, having earned a master's degree at the National Technical University of Ukraine ("Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute").[3] She is multilingual and speaks several languages fluently, including English, Spanish, Russian (native speaker) and Ukrainian (native speaker).[4]

On February 25, 1995, she married Film & Television Producer/Director BJ Davis,[5] a former Stuntman and Stunt Coordinator that has been inducted into the Stuntman Hall of Fame.[6]

Julia Davis is a Russian media analyst with the Russian Media Monitor and a featured expert in Russian propaganda with the Atlantic Council's Disinformation Portal. Her reports have been published by The Washington Post,[7] featured by Rolling Stone,[8] Esquire,[9] Business Insider,[10] Newsweek,[11] CNN[12] and other media outlets.

Film and television

Davis is a film & television producer, writer, and director. She created, wrote, produced and directed the TV Series Medal of Honor, hosted by Burt Reynolds.[13] Davis authored the screenplay for the feature film "Forget About It". Davis was a stunt double for Angelina Jolie,[14] Helen Hunt,[15] and performed stunts in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2.[16]" She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences,[17] and the Screen Actors Guild.

Davis's television appearances include "The Doctors",[18] "Inside Edition,"[19] CNN,[20] "Nancy Grace,"[21] and the "Full Disclosure Network".[22] Julia Davis is the CEO of Fleur De Lis Film Studios.[23]
