Juan Francisco Brunetta (born 12 May 1997) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Argentine Primera División side Belgrano.[1][2]

Career

Club

Brunetta's youth career started with Boca Juniors, he remained there between 2006 and 2009 when he joined the youth ranks of Estudiantes and subsequently Arsenal de Sarandí.[3] He was promoted into the first-team squad of the latter for the 2016–17 Argentine Primera División season.[1] He made his Arsenal debut on 13 September in a home defeat to Atlético Tucumán.[1] Four matches later, versus Banfield, Brunetta scored his first career goal.[1][2] Brunetta signed a new three-year contract with Arsenal in January 2017.[4] However, on 22 August 2017, Brunetta joined Belgrano.[1][5]

His first match for Belgrano came in the Copa Argentina against Defensores de Belgrano on 2 September.[1]

Brunetta was selected by Julio Olarticoechea for Argentina U20s training in July 2016.[3]
