Joe Roy Metheny (March 2, 1955 – August 5, 2017), also known as "The Cannibal", was an American serial killer from the Baltimore, Maryland area who killed, butchered, and then served the meat from his victims to customers at his roadside BBQ stand.[1][2][3][4][5]
