Josef "Sepp" Lapp was the German administrator of occupied Banat during World War II. He was an ethnic Banat German, and was a leader of the minority before the war, and worked closely with Sepp Janko. His fate after the war is unknown, and it is likely he escaped the communist authorities.[1][2]
