José Juan Macías Guzmán (born September 22, 1999) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a Striker for Liga MX club C.D. Guadalajara.
Career
Youth
Macías joined Guadalajara's youth academy in 2011. Starting young he continued through Chivas Youth Academy successfully going through U-13,U-15 and U-17. Until finally receiving attention at 17 years old to the join the first team, Matías Almeyda being the coach promoting Macías to first team.[2]
Guadalajara
Macías made his official debut in the Liga MX in the 2017 Campeón de Campeones Final against Tigres UANL.[3] He scored his first goal with the first team in a friendly match against FC Porto on 19 July 2017.[4] On 8 August 2017 Macías scored his first professional goal in the Copa MX against FC Juarez.[5]
