Jonas Ahlstrand (born February 16, 1990) is a Swedish cyclist, who rides for amateur team Ormsalva Athletic Club. He began his professional career in 2013 with Argos–Shimano.[1][2]

Ahlstrand's first professional-level victory came while he was still racing for a Continental-level team at the 2012 Glava Tour of Norway. He won two professional races for Argos–Shimano, both in 2014, at the Circuit de la Sarthe and the Tour of Alberta. His first victory for Cofidis was at the 2015 Four Days of Dunkirk.[3]
