Jonathan Randall Horst (born June 1, 1983), is an American basketball general manager for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA), appointed on June 16, 2017. Previously he held the position of Director of Basketball Operations for the Bucks from April 2008 to June 2017, and from August 2007 to April 2008 he was the Manager of Basketball Operations for the Detroit Pistons.[1]

While a player on the Rochester College basketball team, Horst won back to back United States Collegiate Athletic Association Basketball Championships in 2004 and 2005.
