John Croucher

John Sydney Croucher AM is an Australian statistician and Professor in Management at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Croucher has PhD degrees from Macquarie University, University of Technology Sydney and the University of Minnesota in the United States. He also has an honorary doctorate from Divine Word University in Papua New Guinea[1]. Croucher was the recipient of the Prime Minister's Australian University Teacher of the Year award in 2013.

He is married to fellow academic Professor Rosalind Croucher and they both became Members of the Order of Australia as part of the 2015 Australia Day Honours.[2] John Croucher is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Fellow of the Australian Mathematical Society.
