John Andrew Edwards (born 9 November 1958) is an Irish judge who has served as a Judge of the Court of Appeal since November 2014. He previously served as a Judge of the High Court from 2007 to 2014.

Prior to his appointment to the Court of Appeal, he was a judge of the Irish High Court from 2007 where he was in charge of the High Court Extradition and European Arrest Warrant list since 2011. He was educated at Castleknock College University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and the King's Inns. He was called to the Bar in 1983 and became a Senior Counsel in 1998.[1] He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.[2]
