John A. Bentley

John A. Bentley (January 27, 1836–????) was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate.[1]

Biography

Bentley was born on January 27, 1836 in Kingsbury, New York.[2] He moved to Manitowoc, Wisconsin in 1859. On September 5, 1861, he married Isabella J. Peat. They would have one son.

Career

Bentley was a member of the Senate from 1865 to 1866. He was a Republican.
