Dipl.-Ing. Johann Raithel[Notes 1] (11 March 1897 – 29 January 1961) was a highly decorated Generalleutnant in the Luftwaffe during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. Johann Raithel was captured by Allied troops in May 1945 and was held until May 1947.
